Goals of our club…
While all local players are welcome, the Cosmos were formed to improve the competition level of the New Kent High School Trojans. The current regional club system puts New Kent players at a disadvantage and we hope to level that playing field in the future. The 2024-2025 goals include:
Provide structured off-season (fall - winter) training
Improve individual skills
Increase fitness & strength levels
Develop a higher soccer IQ
Grow increased chemistry among players
Create consistency in coaching
Grow our New Kent soccer community
Reduce the costs of competitive soccer, including travel expenses
